BoletoDisplayModel (LinhaDigitavel, PixCopiaECola,
QrCodeBase64, OrderId). The Pix-dual section renders only when the boleto
response includes a hybrid pixCopiaECola. Boleto multa/juros come from
BoletoFinePercentage / BoletoInterestMonthlyPercentage in settings.
PDF/email/print actions remain optional follow-ups (out of scope for v1.0.0 — annotated for v1.1).
